Terms and Conditions

DELIVERY

Orders will be delivered via UPS tracked and as close to the requested delivery date as possible. We ask that you order at least 10 working days to a week before your event to ensure freshness and ample time for delivery. We do not guarantee delivery on specific dates or times. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

REFUND POLICY

Orders that have been started and/or completely cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

As we are dealing with food products, there can be no returns or exchanges. In the rare occasion that we have sent the incorrect order, we will incur all charges for sending a new order.

DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT

Sugar Pop holds no liability for lost or damaged packages caused by UPS tracked. We package each and every order with care (and plenty of bubble wrap) and have no control over the way the package is handled once it leaves our hands. If your order has been lost or damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a minimum of 10 photographs of outer/inner shipping box plus damaged content for us to submit an insurance claim with the shipping company or 3rd party insurance.

PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS

We require full payment for any and all orders before they are shipped out. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and PayPal.

Non-refundable deposits are accepted only for weddings. The remaining balance is due before the order is scheduled to be shipped. 

DELAYS

Sugar Pop cannot be held liable for delays caused by UPS. If we are shipping abroad, we cannot be held accountable for any custom delays. Refunds cannot be given for either of these reasons.

By ordering from us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms above. Sugar Pop products are all handmade, therefore we do not pre make stock. As such we please ask you ensure you know what you are ordering before proceeding with any purchase.
